Walk and Talk Therapy
Walk and Talk Therapy is a form of counselling that takes place outdoors, where we walk side by side while engaging in the same kind of meaningful conversation we’d have in a traditional therapy room.
Being in motion and in nature can help ease anxiety, support emotional processing, and create a sense of flow. It’s especially helpful for individuals who find it easier to talk while walking, or who feel more comfortable outside than in an office setting. The pace and setting are always adapted to what feels safe and supportive for you.

Navigating Change
"Change is one of the few constants in life—and ironically, we can’t change that. But what we can do is prepare. When change comes (and it always does), being ready can make all the difference between feeling overwhelmed and stepping forward with confidence. This workshop is designed to help you build that readiness—so you don’t just face change, you thrive through it."
Join me for my 2-hour workshop on navigating change. It will be held on Sunday, May 25th from 10 am-12 pm. This is an in-person event for those living in or around Nelson. The cost is $25.
