Grief & Loss
Grief is not something to “get over” — it’s something we learn to carry, reshape, and live with. There is no timeline around grief; it takes as long as it takes, and it changes us.
Whether you’re grieving the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, a major life change, or a loss that feels invisible to others, your pain is real and deserves care.
Non-death losses can be just as impactful — the loss of health, identity, safety, a dream, a role, or a future you imagined. These experiences are often overlooked or minimized, yet they can carry deep emotional weight. I hold space for all types of grief, knowing that loss is not limited to death alone.
Not all grief shows up as sadness. Relief, anger, frustration, resentment, confusion, and many other feelings/emotions may surface relating to a loss. These are all valid and deserve room to be expressed and understood.
In our work together, there is no timeline, no pressure to move on — only space to feel, to remember, and to begin finding meaning in a changed world. I offer a supportive, non-judgmental space where all expressions of grief are welcome.
